Outside Sales Representative – Huntsville, AL
Dickson Graphics has been building signs since 2009. We're a 25-person shop with locations in Dickson and Clarksville, TN, and we handle everything from ADA and dimensional lobby signs to multi-site rollouts for national brands. We're growing into North Alabama, and we're looking for a Huntsville-based salesperson to lead that market.
What you'll do
- Build and manage a book of business across Huntsville, Madison, and Decatur
- Meet with business owners, GCs, architects, property managers, and facility teams
- Run site surveys, scope projects, and work with our design and production team on quotes
- Close deals and see projects through to install
What we're looking for
- Sales experience in signs, wide-format print, or wraps (strongly preferred)
- A steady work history. We want someone who plans to stay and grow with us
- Strong local relationships in the Huntsville area
- Comfortable reading plans and specs and talking through materials and installs
- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation
What we offer
- $65,000 base salary plus commission, $150,000–$200,000 on-target earnings
- Full production, design, and install support from an established shop
- The chance to build a new territory from the ground up
