Consumed by the desire to make things better, we have a flat, collaborative environment where everyone’s ideas are heard and encouraged.Job SummaryOperates and maintains cryogenic gas processing equipment to safely produce NGLs and pipeline-quality gas while meeting safety and environmental standards.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesOperate and monitor compressors, turboexpanders, pumps, and control systemsStart up, shut down, and adjust processesMonitor pressures, temperatures, and flow ratesInspect equipment and troubleshoot issuesPerform LOTO and support maintenance activitiesMaintain logs and respond to alarms/emergenciesUse DCS, PLC, and SCADA systemsFollow safety, environmental, and company policiesPreferred QualificationsHigh school diploma or GEDRelevant experience or technical trainingKnowledge of gas processing and control systemsAbility to read P&IDs and troubleshoot equipmentWillingness to work rotating shiftsPhysical RequirementsClimb, lift up to 50 lbs, and work in industrial conditionsWear required PPEKnowledge, Skills, and AbilitiesStrong safety focusGood communication and problem-solving skillsAbility to work independently and in teamsWork Schedule12-hour rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidaysOvertime and call-outs as needed #J-18808-Ljbffr Mach-Resource
