Your job is to guide serious adults through an informed enrollment decision — no cold calls, no hunting, no chasing. What You'll Do Run structured, consultative enrollment conversations with prospects who attend live Trading Academy events Identify individual goals and recommend the right education pathway Close enrolled students with integrity — this is a relationship, not a transaction Manage pipeline and follow-up activity in Salesforce CRM Partner with instructors and operations to deliver a seamless student experience What We’re Looking For 5+ years B2C sales experience — high-ticket, intangible, or consultative sales strongly preferred Proven track record closing warm, inbound, or event-generated leads Strong listening skills and the ability to build trust quickly in a single conversation Coachable — you take feedback, run the process, and refine your approach CRM proficiency Compensation & Benefits $90,000–$150,000+ earning potential — guarantee plus uncapped commission All leads provided — warm prospects from live and virtual events Full Benefits; Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with company match Ongoing sales training and professional development Schedule Full-time, onsite.
