LHH is partnering with a mission-driven healthcare organization to hire Benefits Administrators to support a high-impact patient services team. This is a great opportunity for candidates with administrative or call center experience who enjoy helping others and working in a fast-paced, purpose-driven environment.
Monday–Friday | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Contract: July – March
What You'll Do
- Connect with patients via phone to renew and update benefits eligibility
- Accurately enter and maintain data in the Positive Impact system
- Ensure all information is complete, compliant, and up to date
- Provide a professional, empathetic experience in every patient interaction
- Collaborate with internal administrative and care teams
What We're Looking For
- Administrative, call center, or data entry experience (healthcare a plus)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy with high-volume data entry
- Comfortable speaking with patients and handling sensitive information
- Ability to work independently and manage daily call volume
- Reliable, professional, and team-oriented
