Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough behavioral health assessments for new patients, ensuring an accurate understanding of their psychological, social, and physical health needs.

• Develop and manage comprehensive treatment plans that address each patient's unique psychiatric and psychosocial challenges, promoting their overall well-being.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, employing evidence-based therapeutic interventions that are tailored to the goals set by the patients.

• Act as a liaison with external behavioral health facilities, coordinating care as needed to provide holistic support solutions.

• Regularly evaluate patient progress and adapt treatment strategies to improve outcomes, applying your clinical judgment to address changing needs.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
