Are you a results-driven B2B sales professional with experience in flexible packaging? Our client, an innovative, high-growth company offering high performance flexible compostable packaging designed to fit into a systemic ecosystem solution, is expanding rapidly across North America and looking for an aggressive Sales Executive to help lead the charge.

Responsibilities

• Business development, identify market opportunities and drive new business growth in targeted market sectors and territories.

• Have adequate communication with customers, prospects and influencing companies to build sustainable business relationships.
\n
• Maintain an accurate business forecast (Sales Pipeline).
\n
• Manage and grow regional and national accounts.
\n
• Prepare accurate bids, price quotes and sales reports.
\n
• Follow-up on quotations, generate sales report on a regular basis.
\n
• Follow up on Sales & Marketing initiatives. Be a professional business partner for customers, prospects, influencers, and relationships in every activity you do.

• Plan and organize activities (travel, visits, meetings) required to achieve your personal objectives.
\n
• Represent a mission-focused company making a measurable impact.

• Collaborate across functions to ensure delivery excellence.

Profile

\n
• Bachelor's degree required, MBA a plus.
\n
• 4+ years of B2B sales experience in commercial packaging a minimum of 2 years in flexible packaging.
\n
• Proven track record, demonstrated success in delivering aggressive growth and managing complex sales cycles especially with premium key account customers
\n
• Strong commercial and technical understanding of packaging and converting.
\n
• Strategic thinker with strong execution skills.
\n
• Project management skills, proven ability to manage complex timelines involving multiple stakeholders.
\n
• Self-starter with an entrepreneurial and pro active mindset.
\n
• Excellent negotiation skills with a strategic mindset to drive margin growth.
\n
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of engaging with C-level executives.
\n
• Experience managing large accounts and executing complex sales processes.
\n
• Willingness to travel regularly for client visits and industry events.
\n
