Welltower is seeking a diligent Transactions Accountant to support the accounting for real estate investments, acquisitions, dispositions, and related activities. This role emphasizes accuracy, timely execution, and effective communication across internal teams and external partners. The ideal candidate brings 3+ years of accounting experience, GAAP/IFRS knowledge, and CPA or equivalent certification.
