Job Title Required Skills (Top 3 Non-Negotiables): Equitrac Office Xerox Device Manager Print Server Management Scope of Work: Knowledge of Administration Windows Servers (2012 & 2016) Knowledge of Networking and Security (access controls, protocols, routing) Specific Printing Knowledge – starting but not limited to Configures and ensures proper functioning of Xerox MFDs (Multi-Functional Devices). Ensure print queues are functioning after maintenance, patching, updates Able to manage print queues (updating IPs, creating new ports, testing) Analyze and resolve technical issues related to computer systems, hardware, and computer peripherals Upgrade and replace software systems, firmware, and drivers Experienced and capable of managing print queues; clearing, rebuilding, and resetting. Install and reinstall software packages and updates on print servers and admin servers Administer and managing print management software – Kofax Equitrac Able to troubleshoot communication between the print servers and Equitrac Understanding of creating queues, embedded devices on Equitrac Install and reinstall software packages and updates on print servers and admin servers Responsible for maintaining various documents required to remote into printer end points, servers, and other infrastructure that support enterprise level print services. Analyze and resolve technical issues related to computer systems, hardware, and computer peripherals Scripting experience – PowerShell, C# or any other.net programming language Document Standard Operation Procedures for all processes involved in the administration of the MFDs, Equitrac and XDM print servers. Conduct Training for onsite Office Service contractors and full-time employee leads on processes of administrating the MFD, Equitrac, and XDM print servers. My3Tech Inc
