About In Touch Pharmaceuticals

In Touch Pharmaceuticals is an independently owned long-term care pharmacy serving healthcare facilities throughout Indiana, Illinois, and Michigan. We are seeking dedicated, patient-focused Pharmacists to join our growing team in Valparaiso, Indiana.

All pharmacist positions are onsite in Valparaiso, Indiana. Remote work is not available.

This position is ideal for pharmacists seeking a collaborative environment where they can build meaningful relationships with colleagues, mentor pharmacy technicians, expand their clinical knowledge, and contribute to exceptional patient care.

Long-term care and IV experience are preferred but not required. Pharmacists with retail, hospital, or other pharmacy backgrounds who are eager to learn and grow are encouraged to apply.

Available Opportunities

We are currently seeking pharmacists for the following opportunities:

• Full-Time Staff Pharmacist
• Part-Time Staff Pharmacist
• Overnight Staff Pharmacist
  • 8:30 PM - 7:00 AM
  • 7 nights on / 7 nights off rotation

Schedule

• Monthly schedules provided in advance
• Full-time and part-time opportunities available
• Rotating weekends and holidays for applicable shifts
• Overnight pharmacist schedule: 8:30 PM - 7:00 AM, 7 nights on / 7 nights off

Responsibilities

• Verify medication orders accurately and efficiently
• Collaborate with pharmacy technicians, nurses, prescribers, and healthcare facilities to ensure exceptional patient care
• Provide clinical support and medication-related guidance
• Assist in problem resolution and workflow management
• Support regulatory and quality assurance requirements
• Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement
• Mentor pharmacy technicians and contribute to staff development
• Participate in training opportunities related to long-term care and IV pharmacy services
• Work closely with fellow pharmacists and technicians to support departmental and organizational goals

Qualifications

• Current Pharmacist License in good standing
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to patient safety
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
• Leadership mindset with a willingness to mentor and support colleagues
• Long-term care, IV, hospital, or retail pharmacy experience preferred but not required
