Oncology Nurse Practitioner

Job Opportunity: NP/PA Oncology (Locums)

Location: Santa Monica, CA Start Date: January 1, 2026 (earlier start possible by December 15 if privileging is expedited) Duration: January March 2026

Position Details

  • Specialty: NP/PA Oncology

  • Quantity Requested: 1 provider

  • Reason for Opening: Vacancy due to medical leave

Requirements

  • Certifications: BC/BE, BLS, ACLS

  • Licensure: California license required (no exceptions)

  • Experience:

    • Minimum of 25 case logs within the last two years

    • Ability to work independently with minimal physician oversight

Schedule

  • Coverage: 5 days per week (clinic + inpatient rounding)

  • Hours: 8:00 AM 5:00 PM (flexible option: 7:00 AM 4:00 PM)

  • Lunch: 1-hour unpaid break

  • On-Call/Callback: None (no nights, weekends, or call duties)

  • WEEKLY PAY
