Become a Key Player as a Product Manager

You will lead product-led growth efforts to improve discovery-to-conversion experiences and directly impact revenue and user engagement. You will work cross-functionally with growth, SEO/GEO, and engineering stakeholders to define merchandising, personalization, and experimentation strategies. This is an onsite role in San Francisco, CA.
Here's How You'll Make an Impact on the Team

Lead product-led growth (PLG) initiatives across discovery, evaluation, and purchase flows
Define and execute custom merchandising strategies and intent-driven shopping experiences
Build and optimize AI-powered personalization and recommendation systems
Use experimentation and data analysis to improve funnel performance and conversion rates
Collaborate with SEO, GEO, growth, and cross-functional teams to translate inbound traffic into high-performing experiences
Manage product lifecycle and coordinate cross-functional delivery to meet ambitious goals

Here's What You'll Need to Be Successful in This Role

3+ years of product management experience
Strong background in PLG, e-commerce, or growth platforms
Proven track record of improving conversion and optimizing funnels
Experience with data-driven personalization and experimentation
Strong technical and analytical skills
Hands-on experience with modern AI/ML tools and applying AI in product workflows
BA/BS or equivalent experience (MBA preferred)

6-10+ years of product management experience (as noted in preferred education/experience)

Pay Range

$68.80 - $86.00/hour
