Joining a dynamic team, the remote Bilingual Immigration Paralegal will manage client declarations, prepare legal packets, and conduct research while being fluent in both Spanish and English. Key Responsibilities Drafting and taking client declarations Preparing legal packets, including cover letters and forms, ensuring clarity and accuracy Conducting research and gathering information for cases Required Qualifications Bilingual in English and Spanish Minimum of 6 months of experience in humanitarian immigration cases Experience in drafting legal documents and taking declarations Basic knowledge of immigration legal documents and processes Demonstrated ability to write clearly and accurately
