Manager, Clinical Lab Project Management

Regeneron seeks a Manager for Clinical Lab Project Management to oversee laboratory operations and deliverables across clinical trial portfolios. The role involves coordinating with cross-functional teams to manage timelines, mitigate risks, and support biomarker strategy execution for early and late-stage development programs.

Responsibilities

• Manage clinical laboratory portfolio for complex trials; review operations timelines and risk profiles
• Track and communicate laboratory risks to ensure study starts and data delivery align with expectations
• Oversee biomarker strategy delivery schedules and identify mitigation plans for identified risks
• Coordinate with Precision Medicine Strategy Leads and Global Development partners on program-level laboratory management
• Communicate laboratory program direction and requirements to internal clinical study teams

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred
• Minimum 8 years experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, academic, or governmental settings
• Minimum 5 years clinical trial experience with focus on clinical sample collection
• Extensive experience in clinical laboratory operations and biospecimen logistics
• Strong understanding of technical, clinical, and strategic aspects of laboratory operations
• Demonstrated knowledge of clinical study requirements and science/technology fundamentals

Compensation: $114,800–$187,400 annually
