Experience:

• 24 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.

• 3 months of travel experience is required.

Requirements:

• Local & travel allowed. Candidates living <60 miles from facility will be processed as local.

• COVID vaccination required after submission. Declinations not accepted.

• COVID booster required after submission. Declinations not accepted.

• No current placement allowed at Program: Trinity (Direct) Program - Main.

Additional Details:

Special Requests: Cannot currently be employed anywhere else on a per-diem basis.

Shift & Scheduling: Every 6th weekend on-call. 1 night per week with call . 3 other nights . Holidays if available, not required.
