Job Description
The Agostino Agency is looking for an experienced, licensed insurance professional who is ready to hit the ground running and help grow an already successful agency.
This is not an entry-level position. We’re looking for someone who knows the insurance business, enjoys building relationships, and can confidently generate new business from day one.
If you’re motivated by sales, enjoy helping clients, and want to be part of a team that is focused on growth, we’d love to talk.
Responsibilities
Generate new business through referrals, networking, and prospecting
Quote, present, and close personal and commercial insurance products
Conduct policy reviews and identify cross-selling opportunities
Build long-term client relationships that drive retention and referrals
Meet and exceed monthly sales goals
Requirements
Active Connecticut Property Casualty License (Required)
Previous insurance agency experience (Required)
Proven ability to generate new business
Strong communication and closing skills
Self-motivated and results-driven
