Responsibilities

Identify and pursue new business opportunities to grow our local presence in New Britain.

Meet with potential clients to evaluate their risks and design comprehensive insurance strategies.

Maintain active communication with existing clients to ensure their coverage evolves alongside their lives.

Coordinate with our underwriting department to secure the best possible terms for our policyholders.

Represent The Atlantic District at community events and local business gatherings to build our reputation.

Provide ongoing support to policyholders, acting as their primary advocate during claim processes.

Requirements

Active Property Casualty Insurance License in Connecticut.

Minimum of three years of professional sales experience within the insurance sector.

Deep familiarity with the Connecticut market and local client needs.

High level of comfort using digital policy management systems and CRM software.

Clear and articulate communication style for both in-person and telephone interactions.

Background in developing new business pipelines through networking and community engagement.
