We are committed to exceptional customer service, integrity, excellence, and creating a supportive workplace.Position SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Clerk to join our growing team. Automotive dealership accounting experience is preferred. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and knowledgeable in accounts payable and dealership accounting processes.Key ResponsibilitiesReview, verify, code, and process vendor invoices and supporting documentation.Match invoices with purchase orders and receiving documents.Process payments by check, ACH, and electronic transfer.Monitor payment schedules and resolve vendor discrepancies.Reconcile vendor statements and outstanding balances.Assist with month-end closing, reconciliations, and accruals.Maintain accurate records of transactions and reconciliations.Communicate with vendors.QualificationsPrevious automotive dealership accounting experience preferred.Dealership management software experience is a plus.Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel and Outlook.Strong understanding of accounting principles.Excellent attention to detail, organization, and time management.Strong communication and problem-solving skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.RequirementsTimeliness, reliability, and accuracy in completing assigned work.Must be able to work Full-Time.Willing to submit to a drug screen and background check.Must have clean and valid driver’s license.BenefitsCompetitive hourly payHealth, dental, and vision insurance401(k) with company matchPaid time off and holidaysEmployee discounts on vehicles, service, and partsClosed SundaysChristmas Savings ClubEmployee referral programJoin Our TeamIf you’re an experienced dealership accounting professional looking to join a stable, family-owned organization that values its employees, apply today and become part of the Regal Automotive Group team! #J-18808-Ljbffr
