Benefits: Bonus based on performance Competitive salary Flexible schedule Signing bonus Training & development Job Description: As a home health nurse – LPN, your responsibilities include assessing patients' condition with face‑to‑face visits, performing evaluation tasks such as vital signs and medication review, administering medication as prescribed by the patient’s physician, dressing (or re‑dress) wounds, providing patient education, coordinating with the interdisciplinary team regarding care plan progress, and making recommendations for devices/tools/medications that might improve patients’ quality of life. Job Requirements: Must have successfully completed a Florida‑approved LPN program from an industry‑accredited institution. Must have reliable transportation and proof of auto insurance. Must successfully complete a Level II background check prior to offer and initiation of training. Must complete a competency check and all orientation prior to initiating patient care. Current Florida State LPN license is required. This position is available in Lake, Sumter, Citrus, and Hernando counties. Job type: part‑time, per diem, contract (1099).
