Desired Qualifications:
- Prior experience as a paraprofessional or direct support experience with children/adolescents
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Adaptability to assist with a variety of classroom needs and learning styles
- Ability to follow both written and verbal directions with attention to detail
- Patience, dependability, and a team-oriented mindset
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide classroom support alongside lead teachers, adapting to various instructional needs
- Assist with implementing instructional activities and facilitating student engagement
- Support students individually or in small groups, reinforcing lesson content and ensuring comprehension
- Help maintain a safe, organized, and positive learning atmosphere
- Offer assistance to students with special needs as required
- Document student progress and communicate observations to teaching staff

Compensation for this position ranges from $16.90 to $35.00. Eligible candidates may also receive healthcare benefits, housing, and meals/incidentals. Full details of our healthcare benefits plan can be found here. This posting is open for 60 days after the posting date.
