Residential Service Technician – Job Overview Location: Bradenton, FL. Position type: Full time. Salary range: $60,000.00 to $200,000.00 annually. Responsibilities Troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining residential HVAC systems Installing ductwork, drain pans, thermostats, and other key components Diagnosing inoperative units and bringing them back to life Performing preventive maintenance such as coil sanitizing and drain cleaning Using tools (gauges, voltmeters, leak detectors) to test and fine‑tune equipment Keeping customers happy with clear communication and friendly service Staying up to date with tools, technology, and certifications (the company will help obtain NATE certification) Qualifications 2+ years of hands‑on HVAC experience EPA certification Valid Florida driver’s license Solid understanding of high and low voltage wiring Strong communication and customer service skills Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime as needed Ability to pass a drug test and background check Minimum age 18 years old Bonus: NATE certified (company will help if needed) Benefits 401K retirement plan with match Work‑life balance and a positive environment Company Commitment Del‑Air Plumbing, Air Conditioning, Electric is Florida’s leading home service provider.
