Specials change daily Manage your station — prep, cook, plate, and maintain throughout service Ensure proper food handling, storage, and sanitation per health code standards Collaborate with kitchen and dining room staff to deliver smooth, timely service Assist with receiving and rotating inventory as needed Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked kitchen at all times Assist with special events when needed What We’re Looking For 3+ years of cooking experience in a scratch restaurant, hotel, or commercial kitchen Solid knife skills and working knowledge of various cooking techniques Ability to manage prep and production in a fast-paced but organized environment Current Food Handler’s Card or ServSafe certification and MAST (or ability to obtain upon hire) Reliable, punctual, and a team player who takes pride in their work A genuine interest in serving others — experience in senior living is a plus but not required Pass a Department of Social Services background check Requirements: Pass a Department of Social and Health Services background check (some negative actions can be acceptable) Chateau Retirement An Equal Opportunity Employer Qualifications #J-18808-Ljbffr Chateau Retirement Communities
