Salesforce Technical Lead

Title: Salesforce Technical Lead (100% onsite) Work authorization: any (candidate must be authorized to work in US) Must-have skills: 7+ years of experience in Salesforce development and middleware integrations; lead or mentoring exp; Excellent understanding of Salesforce architecture, API services, and system integrations; MuleSoft or Jitterbit or Dell Boomi; Hands-on experience in Salesforce integrations with middleware systems using web services, REST API, and/or SOAP API. Location: Juno Beach, FL PLEASE SEND LOCAL CANDIDATES ONLY (currently located in Juno Beach, FL) Seniority on the skill/s required on this requirement: Sr. Earliest Start Date : ASAP Type: Temporary Project Estimated Duration: 6 months with possible extension(s) Additional information: The candidate should be able to provide an ID if the interview is requested. The candidate interviewing must be the same individual who will be assigned to work with our client. Requirements:
- Availability to work 100% of the time at the Client's site in Juno Beach, FL (required);
- Expertise in middleware technologies and integration tools such as MuleSoft, Jitterbit, Dell Boomi, and others.
- Experience in Salesforce development and middleware integrations.(7+ years)
- Hands-on experience in Salesforce integrations with middleware systems using web services, REST API, and/or SOAP API.
- Ability to learn new technologies rapidly and implement them in the system as required.
- Experience in leading technical teams.
- Experience with Salesforce architecture, API services, and system integrations.
- Experience with Agile and DevOps methodologies.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Hold Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I & II, Integration Architecture Designer, or equivalent.
- Lead and mentor a team of Salesforce developers, facilitating knowledge sharing and skill enhancement.
- Analyze and understand business requirements to develop effective Salesforce and middleware integration solutions.
- Manage complete lifecycle of the Salesforce systems - from design, coding, testing to debugging and documentation.
- Monitor system integrations regularly to ensure their robustness and optimal performance.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including Business Analysts, Quality Assurance, Project Managers, and Operations.
- Stay current with the latest advancements in Salesforce integrations and middleware technologies, and implement these learnings when appropriate.
