Customer Service Representative

Greet and assist all customers and prospective customers in a prompt and professional manner Maintain a clean workspace as the first point of contact customers have with the facility Manage incoming phone calls, walk-in business, and written correspondence, directing matters to the appropriate person or department Provide clerical and administrative support to General Managers and Service Advisors Handle receivables, payables, accounting-system data entry, spreadsheets, and month-end statement balancing Perform other related duties as assigned Requirements Interpersonal and customer service skills Analytical and problem-solving skills Multitasking and organizational skills Ability to answer a high volume of calls and/or emails daily Attentiveness and patience Core Competencies Demonstrates strong customer service and interpersonal skills while managing administrative tasks and handling financial data entry.
