Role Description The Customer Service Representative is a full-time, on-site role based in Woodstock, IL. This role is responsible for handling customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person, providing accurate information about products, order status, and services. Daily tasks include processing orders, resolving issues, coordinating with warehouse and sales teams, and ensuring a smooth customer experience from initial contact through delivery. Qualifications Strong customer-focused skills including Customer Service and Customer Support. Ability to foster positive interactions and outcomes through Customer Satisfaction and Customer Experience skills. Experience working as Customer Service Representatives or in similar client-facing roles. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with clear and professional phone and email etiquette. Proficiency with basic computer applications and QuickBooks. Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
