Manager Mainframe Production Control

Leading production control and database administration operations, the full-time Manager Mainframe Production Control will ensure the stability and performance of batch processing and job scheduling in a fully remote environment while driving operational excellence and compliance for Medicaid systems. Key responsibilities Oversee service delivery across multiple clients, ensuring accurate execution of claims configuration and provider setup Drive standardization and process improvements throughout the configuration lifecycle to enhance quality and operational efficiency Manage financial and operational performance, including budgeting and cost optimization, while maintaining SLA adherence Required qualifications 8+ years of experience in mainframe operations, production control, or database administration 3+ years of leadership or management experience overseeing technical or operational teams Strong knowledge of mainframe environments (z/OS) and job scheduling tools (e.g., Control-M) Experience with enterprise database platforms, including performance tuning and security management Proven ability to manage processes in regulated, high-availability environments, preferably Medicaid or government systems
