The position follows a full-time schedule, with hours from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments for clients, gathering detailed histories and formulating personalized treatment plans tailored to their unique needs.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, employing evidence-based therapeutic modalities to address diverse mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues.

• Actively collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychologists, social workers, and case managers, to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care is delivered to clients.

• Continuously evaluate client progress and make adjustments to treatment plans as necessary to enhance outcomes.

• Engage in ongoing professional development, attending workshops and training sessions to stay current with evolving best practices in mental health treatment.

• Contribute innovative ideas and constructive feedback during team meetings, aimed at improving clinical services and enhancing overall patient care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with a diverse population of clients experiencing various mental health issues, including but not limited to anxiety disorders, mood disorders, adjustment disorders, and interpersonal conflicts. Many clients may also face socio-economic challenges or systemic barriers, necessitating a compassionate and culturally competent approach to care. As a Mental Health Counselor, you will not only provide clinical support but also empower clients to navigate their personal journeys and achieve meaningful growth.

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• An active mental health license or certification in Riverside, California (e.g., LPCC, LCSW, or LMFT) is required to practice.

• A minimum of two years of direct clinical experience assisting individuals deal with emotional and psychological challenges is essential.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Your contribution to our organization will be recognized with a competitive salary ranging from $110,000 to $130,000 annually, complemented by a comprehensive benefits package.
