Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth mental health assessments to determine the needs of your clients, enabling tailored treatment plans.

• Deliver effective therapeutic interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution Focused Therapy, targeted to tackle specific challenges faced by individual clients, couples, and families.

• Facilitate psychoeducational and support groups to foster community and reduce stigma around mental health issues.

• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team, ensuring a coordinated care approach that addresses the whole patient.

• Provide crisis intervention services to clients experiencing acute mental health emergencies, applying sound clinical judgment and de-escalation techniques.

Qualifications\n

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
