Front desk- dental office

Job Description

We are seeking a friendly, organized and detailed-oriented Front Desk Coordinator to join our dental team. Previous dental front desk experience 2+ years ideal. The position requires good communication skills, knowledge of dental terminology and procedure codes, and understanding of dental insurances, and the ability to multitask. Key responsibilities check-in/out patients, verify dental insurance, manage incoming calls, schedule and confirm dental appointments, submit insurance claims, preauthorizations and treatment plans. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Full Time position: M-W-Thurs 8am to 5pm, Tuesday 8am-to 7pm. Paid Holidays-Paid Vacation. Compensation based on experience.
