Clinic Assistant

We are searching for a Part Time Clinic Assistant to join our team. Your day-to-day will include: Schedule medical, lab, or other appointments required for clients. Ensure that appropriate documentation is brought to and from medical appointments. Ensure appointment information is properly communicated to the clinical team. Transport and/or accompany clients to appointments or community activities as necessary. Assist the Clinical Manager in tracking supplies . Place orders for supplies and materials as needed. Collect and document client health information, including vital signs, weight, and other relevant medical details. Qualifications We’re Looking For A minimum of one year of experience working in a medical/clinical setting. A strong medical aptitude. Understanding of medical needs and medical terminology. A valid driver’s license and insurance and a safe driving record . Must be willing to drive agency vehicles of various sizes . Strong administrative skills and a working knowledge of personal computers Strong communication skills, excellent interpersonal skills , and the ability to work well with a diverse range of individuals.
