TDI Premium Accounting Specialist

Position TDI Premium Accounting Specialist Location Honolulu, HI Responsibilities Process TDI premium payments. Send premium statements and reminders for late payments. Provide exemplary customer service via phone and email, responding to customer requests in a timely manner. Document all customer interactions in the policy administration system. Minimum Qualifications High school diploma; associate’s degree preferred. Minimum two (2) continuous years of office experience, preferably with an insurance company. Demonstrated ability to provide exemplary customer service. Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to effectively communicate policy information with the public, agents, and personnel at all levels. Well‑organized and attentive to detail; able to prioritize work and meet critical deadlines with minimal supervision. Ability to be flexible and responsive to unexpected demands and to handle difficult, stressful situations effectively. Ability to read and interpret documents such as insurance policies, contracts, and operating instructions. Proven ability to calculate and apply basic mathematical formulas, including recalculating premium payments. Ability to operate key office equipment (computer, 10‑key calculator, typewriter, copy machine, FAX machine). Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
