Paralegal

Key Responsibilities Manage litigation tasks from filing through settlement or trial preparation. Draft petitions, discovery requests and responses, motions, and other litigation documents for attorney review. Track court deadlines and coordinate filings, hearings, depositions, and mediations. Communicate with clients, medical providers, opposing counsel, and the court. Maintain organized case files and prepare materials for depositions, mediations, and trial. Qualifications At least 3 years of experience as a paralegal handling personal injury litigation. Direct experience with written discovery, court filings, litigation deadlines, and deposition preparation. Strong drafting, communication, organization, and time management skills.
