About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President of Marketing to lead the modernization and growth of its marketing and communications organization. This executive leadership role is pivotal in driving business growth, strengthening market visibility, and building modern marketing capabilities. The successful candidate will be responsible for the enterprise-wide marketing strategy, overseeing demand generation, brand strategy, content development, and creative services. They will also be tasked with building and leading a high-performing marketing team, establishing and scaling a content and video operation, and developing strategic partnerships to expand marketing capabilities. The role requires a leader who is intellectually curious, adaptable, and energized by the opportunity to create something new, particularly in the context of embracing emerging technologies and driving innovation. Applicants for the Vice President of Marketing position at the company should have a minimum of 7 years' progressive marketing leadership experience, with a proven track record in B2B marketing, demand generation, and brand strategy. Experience in operating within complex, multi-stakeholder organizations and leading modern marketing teams that leverage data, technology, and AI-enabled workflows is essential.
