Job Functions:

• Ownership of homeowner communication for the community.
• Taking care of homeowner requests in a timely manner either on the spot or assist in scheduling lager requests.
• Learn the NatureScapes administrative and operational business model including understanding our approach to customer service excellence and responsiveness
• Work closely with Account Manager and Branch Manager to identify customers and/or employees who need attention
• Identify and pursue opportunities to sell ancillary services.
• Ensure a safe environment for employees, customers and the general public.
• Communicate regularly with the Production Specialist and/or Account Manager to ensure client needs and expectations are consistently met or exceeded.
• Manage service delivery to specified scope of work.
• Ensure branch financial goals are met by maintaining acceptable gross margins for both base contract work and ancillary services along with Account Manager and Branch Manager.
• Participate in branch meetings and assist Account Manager and Branch Manager in overall leadership of branch.
• Will have input in personnel decisions of production managers and crews including hiring, training, promoting and terminations within company policy.
• Responsible for retaining and improving NatureScape's top notch, responsive and quality-oriented service reputation
• Will be responsible for achieving or exceeding retention goals for book of business
• Maintain the strong work ethic and positive atmosphere along with profitable growth of the Company, while helping employees grow in knowledge and skills
• Train and promote the development of subordinates in the best practices of maintenance and company standards.
• Monitor all tools, equipment and machinery for needed maintenance.

  • Ensure proper paperwork is completed.
  • Assist in special projects such as enhancement and various chemical applications.
  • Other tasks and duties as assigned by Account Manager and Branch Manager.
  Minuium Requirements
  • 2-5 years of previous customer service experience preferred
  • Detail oriented and proven track record of meeting deadlines in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • Strong service industry background is preferred
  • Positive attitude and can work cross functionally with Operations with proven record of successfully managing a small accounting team
  • Team player with a desire to promote a positive and harmonious work environment
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills and the ability to interact with all levels of the organization
  • Proven problem-solving skills and the ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines
  • Demonstrated initiative and ability to work independently to deliver on commitments
  • Ability to pay attention to details while not losing focus on the big picture
  • Process oriented, but adaptable to changing business environments
  • Strong prioritization and analytical skills
  • Advance MS Office skills preferred
  • Syncscapes experience preferred
