Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Cardiac Cath Lab Discipline: RN Start Date: 08/31/2026 Duration: 13 weeks 40 hours per week Shift: 8 hours, days Employment Type: Travel Travel RN – Cardiac Cath Lab Location: Smyrna, TN Contract: 13 Weeks Start Date: 09/07/2026 Shift: Days | 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM (4x10s) Position Details Specialty: Cardiac Cath Lab RN Patient Ratio: 1:1 (Cath Lab) Schedule: Variable weekdays Call Requirement: Approximately 8 weekday call shifts/month Up to 6 weekend call shifts/month Team Environment: Small, close-knit department with supportive leadership Requirements Minimum 2 years Cath Lab RN experience Diagnostic Cath procedures PCI procedures Circulating in Cath Lab Moderate sedation (RN) Cardiac monitoring Interventional procedures Preferred Experience Community hospital experience Mixed IR & Cath Lab background Advanced skills with: IR/Specials Vascular procedures Procedures Performed Left & Right Heart Caths PCI (Type A, B1, some B2 lesions) Rotablator CSI Shockwave Impella IABP FFR & IVUS procedures Certifications Active RN License required ARRT or RCIS preferred/required based on role Technology & Equipment GE X-Ray Alaris Pumps Merge Hemo Meditech Documentation Additional Details Scrub Colors: Red top & bottom scrubs OR Black top with Red bottoms Ceil blue acceptable Floating: RN may support Cardiology patients in Non-Invasive, CT, MRI, and Nuclear Medicine areas Seeking a motivated Cath Lab RN who enjoys a team-focused environment with experienced leadership and opportunities to work with advanced cardiac procedures.
