Joseph Buick GMC is looking for a motivated, detail-oriented Office Clerk to join our growing team! If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, have strong organizational skills, and thrive on accuracy and customer service, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities
- Process customer payments and maintain accurate accounts receivable records
- Reconcile accounts and investigate payment discrepancies
- Contact customers regarding outstanding balances
- Prepare and submit daily deposits
- Maintain organized financial records and documentation
- Process vehicle title and registration paperwork accurately and efficiently
- Ensure compliance with state and dealership requirements
- Maintain accurate filing systems and records
- Assist with month-end closing activities as needed
- Support the accounting office with various administrative tasks
- Work closely with the Accounting, Sales, and Service departments
- Help ensure smooth day-to-day dealership operations
- Provide professional customer service when interacting with customers and vendors
Qualifications
- Previous office, accounting, or administrative experience preferred
- Automotive dealership experience strongly preferred
- Experience with accounts receivable, titling, or bookkeeping is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer systems
