As BURDLIFE continues to expand, we are looking for a highly motivated  Sales Performance Manager to help strengthen sales performance, develop our retail teams, and drive measurable revenue growth.

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth and improve sales perfomance.
• Coach sales associates on selling techniques, customer engagement, product knowledge, upselling, cross-selling, and clienteling.
• Increase key retail metrics including conversion rate, average transaction value, units per transaction, repeat customers, and service-to-product sales.
• Review daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports to identify trends, opportunities, and performance gaps.
• Create measurable action plans for stores and employees that are not meeting sales expectations.
• Lead individual and group sales training sessions.
• Hold team accountable for executing sales strategies and achieving established goals.
• Identify top performers and help develop future Store Managers and retail leaders.
• Support hiring, interviewing, onboarding, training, and performance management.
• Partner with leadership on promotions, product launches, events, marketing initiatives, and new store openings.
• Monitor customer feedback and identify opportunities to improve service, retention, and loyalty.
• Lead by example and demonstrate exceptional selling behaviors while working alongside teams in-store.
• Provide leadership with regular performance updates, opportunities, challenges, and recommended solutions.

• Permanent jewelry and piercing service performance

Qualifications

• 3+ years of retail leadership, sales management, or high-volume retail experience.
• Proven track record of increasing retail sales and improving store performance.
• Strong experience coaching and developing sales teams.
• Strong understanding of retail KPIs, sales reporting, goal setting, and performance management.
• Comfortable holding teams accountable to measurable expectations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, coaching, and relationship-building skills.
• Highly organized and comfortable managing multiple locations and priorities.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to operate effectively in a fast-growing environment.
• Comfortable working directly on the sales floor and coaching in real time.
• Experience in jewelry, luxury retail, fashion, beauty, hospitality, or specialty retail strongly preferred.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
