Associate Account Executive (Harrisburg, PA) - Johnson & Johnson MedTech - Surgery

Responsibilities
- Expand and convert Ethicon surgical product sales within assigned territory
- Demonstrate proper preparation and use of surgical products in operating room settings
- Manage customer questions and objections using established sales training methods
- Conduct case coverage and support surgeons with strategic product platforms
- Maintain compliance with company policies, Business Conduct Policy, and clinical knowledge standards
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 0–2 years of business experience
- Valid US driver's license
- Ability to travel as needed, including overnight and weekend trips
- Ability to work in operating room environments
- Strong sales methodology execution and customer objection management
