Key Account Manager- Cell Line Development

We are partnering with a leading life sciences organization seeking an experienced Key Account Manager to drive growth across its Cell Line Development portfolio. This is an exciting opportunity to sell innovative scientific instrumentation into leading biotech, biopharma, and CDMO accounts throughout the East Coast.What You’ll DoDrive capital equipment sales across key biopharma and biotechnology accounts.Build relationships with scientific leaders, executives, and purchasing teams.Expand existing accounts and identify new business opportunities.Sell innovative solutions supporting cell line development, single-cell dispensing, and clonality assurance.Develop strategic territory plans and manage complex sales cycles.What We’re Looking ForProven success selling scientific instrumentation or capital equipment into biotech or biopharma.Experience with cell line development, cell culture, or upstream bioprocessing preferred.Strong account management, relationship-building, and consultative selling skills.Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or a related field.Ability to travel throughout the East Coast territory.Compensation & BenefitsBase salary: $110,000–$150,000Performance-based bonus programComprehensive medical, dental, and vision insuranceCompetitive 401(k) company matchGenerous PTO and paid holidaysTuition reimbursement and professional development opportunitiesRemote position with flexible work arrangementsInterested in learning more?
