Compensation: $80,000 Base Salary + Uncapped Commission + Bonuses

Expected First-Year Earnings: $120,000 – $200,000+

Are you a natural salesperson who thrives on meeting people, building relationships, and closing deals?

We are seeking a highly motivated Outside Sales Representative to help grow occupancy at our Assisted Living Community in Staten Island. This is a relationship-driven sales role where you will spend time in the community, networking with local professionals, meeting referral sources, and helping families find the right living solution for their loved ones.

NO Assisted Living or Healthcare experience is required.

If you have successful face-to-face sales experience and enjoy working with people, we will train you on the industry.

What You’ll Do

• Build relationships with hospitals, rehabilitation centers, physicians, social workers, senior centers, community organizations, and other referral sources
• Meet with prospective residents and families
• Conduct community tours
• Generate new business through networking and outreach
• Attend local events and community functions
• Follow up on leads and referrals
• Maintain a strong pipeline of prospects
• Meet and exceed monthly sales goals
