Pay $12.80-$14.00 per hour Requirements Professionalism Drive for Growth People Oriented Focus 18 years or older What You'll Do Lead and inspire a team to deliver outstanding customer service. Coach, train, and develop crew members for success. Keep the restaurant running smoothly during your shift. Ensure food quality, cleanliness, and food safety standards are met. Handle customer concerns with professionalism and a smile. Manage cash handling, deposits, and daily operational procedures. Monitor labor, productivity, and restaurant performance. Create a positive, energetic, and fun work environment where everyone can succeed. What We're Looking For Positive attitude and leadership skills. Excellent communication and teamwork. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Dependable and flexible availability. Previous restaurant or leadership experience is preferred but not required—we'll help you grow!
