ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in 2022 and currently lead a team of four. Before becoming an agent, I worked as a State Farm team member, where I developed a passion for helping customers and building lasting relationships. Outside of work, I'm the proud parent of three children and have a background as a chemical engineer, which has given me a strong appreciation for problem-solving and attention to detail.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Lourice karkar - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
• Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
• Bilingual Spanish preferred.
