Responsibilities include managing customer inquiries and resolving issues, maintaining customer records and updating information as needed, assisting with customer retention strategies, and coordinating with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications include communication and problem-solving skills, experience in customer service preferred, and the ability to handle high-stress situations calmly. Compensation is $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year.

We help customers with their insurance and financial services needs, including Auto Insurance, Home Insurance, Life Insurance, Retirement Planning, Business Insurance, and Renters Insurance. Our office is located in Downtown Bel Air MD. I have been a State Farm agent since 2000. I am a second generation State Farm agent. Our agency has received awards including: Ambassador Travel, Legion of Honor, and Silver Scroll. Additional languages spoken: Spanish.
