ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in 2022 and currently lead a team of four. Before becoming an agent, I worked as a State Farm team member, where I developed a passion for helping customers and building lasting relationships. Outside of work, I'm the proud parent of three children and have a background as a chemical engineer, which has given me a strong appreciation for problem-solving and attention to detail.

As sales representative for, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide information about insurance products and services.
• Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
• Property and casually license or willing to obtain. 
• Life and health license or willing to obtain.
