We are seeking a Bilingual Legal Assistant to become a part of our team! Fluency in Spanish and English is preferred. You will provide overall support to the firm's attorney and paralegals.
Responsibilities:
- Answer telephones
- Assist clients in the office
- Monitor cases and track progress
- Assist with the drafting and reviewing of legal documents
- Investigate facts and obtain evidentiary documents
- Prepare correspondence and legal pleadings
- Record and store client information
Qualifications:
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented
- Kind and compassionate
