M&A Attorney - AI Trainer

Salary: $103,000 - 143,000 per year Requirements:

• J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school
• Active bar admission in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
• At least 2 years of experience in the M&A group of a corporate law firm
• Working knowledge of standard M&A agreements, including APAs and SPAs
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with close attention to detail
• Solid analytical ability and the capacity to convert legal expertise into practical feedback for AI systems
• Clear commitment to innovation at the intersection of law and technology
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in fast-paced settings
• Preferred: prior exposure to AI, legal technology, or training initiatives
• Preferred: experience working with private equity firms

• Conduct simulated contract negotiations and redlining exercises
• Review and evaluate AI responses to contract scenarios, delivering expert feedback to strengthen model performance and output accuracy
• Develop objective assessment frameworks and grading standards to measure AI performance on contract tasks consistently and rigorously
• Work with product and research teams to refine data, guidelines, and best practices for AI-supported contract review solutions
