About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President of Partnerships to play a pivotal role in the strategic leadership and execution of the organization's mission. The successful candidate will be responsible for the design and development of processes and infrastructure, as well as the implementation of strategies that align with the Foundation's goals. This includes the creation and management of partnerships that not only drive revenue but also adhere to the Foundation's mission-centric objectives. The role involves leading a team of professionals, fostering a culture of excellence, and ensuring that partnership initiatives are fully integrated with the overall organizational objectives. Applicants for the Vice President of Partnerships position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with a Master's degree preferred, and 8-10 years of experience in partnership development, commercial strategies, and team management, ideally within the sports or live events sector. The role requires a candidate with a proven track record in securing, managing, and growing partnerships, as well as strong leadership, negotiation, communication, and presentation skills. A deep understanding of the sports and live events industry, particularly the sponsorship and partnership landscape, is essential. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker, committed to the values and mission of the Foundation, and capable of driving innovation and change to maximize partnership and revenue generation opportunities.
