Investment Associate
RETS Associates, on behalf of our client, a fully integrated, Office / Industrial / R&D / Mixed-Use investor, is seeking an Investment Associate in their San Francisco office. The Associate reports to the Director and is a key member of lean deal team responsible for analyzing and leading deal executions.
Responsibilities:
- Provide underwriting and financial analysis including cash flow analysis, market and property due diligence, financing, and JV structuring.
- Coordinate closings including due diligence, IC memos, and interface with legal / external consultants.
- Market research, property research, lease / rent roll analysis, and other research for various deals.
- Communicate with external parties including brokerage community, business partners, lenders, and consultants.
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in related field including Business, Finance, Real Estate, and/or Economics.
- 3 - 6 years of experience within a real estate investment, development, lending, brokerage firm, or real estate investment banking required. Must have deal experience.
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
- ARGUS experience.
