Responsibilities: • • Meet with motivated sellers and conduct listing consultations • Win listings and negotiate contracts • Guide clients from listing to closing • Work with our Inside Sales Team to convert seller appointments • Use our CRM and proven sales systems • Stay current on local market trends • Deliver exceptional client service and generate referrals Qualifications: Active Texas Real Estate License Full-time commitment to real estate Strong communication and relationship-building skills Coachable, motivated, and goal-oriented Organized and able to manage multiple clients Comfortable using CRM and technology Listing or sales experience preferred Compensation: $100,000 - $150,000+ commission based
