Assistant Project Manager

Job Title: Assistant Project Manager Job Description We are seeking a motivated Assistant Project Manager to join our growing construction and development team, focusing on multifamily projects. This position is ideal for individuals looking to advance their careers in project management by supporting projects from pre-construction through completion, including new developments and capital projects to existing assets. Responsibilities Assist Project Managers in planning, coordinating, and executing multifamily projects. Support budgeting, scheduling, contract administration, and project documentation. Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and municipal agencies. Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress, quality, and safety. Track project milestones, change orders, invoices, and project reporting. Help identify and resolve construction and scheduling issues. Essential Skills Construction Project management Construction management Commercial construction Additional Skills & Qualifications 2-5 years of combined experience in construction, project management, or multifamily development. Field construction experience is strongly preferred. Strong organizational and communication skills with attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with project management software is a plus. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
