Five9 Support Engineer

Requirements Must have: We are looking for an experienced Five9 Support Engineer with a strong background in cloud-based telephony environments. We need hands-on expertise in SIP communications, call routing, integrations, and enterprise contact center technologies. We expect familiarity with Five9 administration and troubleshooting. We value candidates who can collaborate effectively with customers, carriers, network teams, and internal engineering groups. We are seeking someone comfortable supporting a hybrid, in-person role in New York City near Penn Station. Responsibilities: We provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 support for our Five9 Cloud Contact Center platform. We monitor and maintain platform uptime, system performance, and voice quality. We diagnose and resolve complex voice, SIP, routing, and call-flow issues. We configure and support Five9 users, agents, campaigns, queues, and skills. We manage IVR workflows and call-routing strategies. We support dial plans and call treatment logs. We work to optimize the platform and improve overall contact center performance.
